2010 Resident Opinion Survey:

Thank you to all who participated in the survey and providing your comments on how we are doing in supporting the residents of Kokoro.  The senior staff will be reviewing your comments and we will be taking action to correct any shortcomings that were identified by the survey.    This year we received 52% of the surveys that were distributed and an overall satisfaction index score of 91.4%  One hundred percent of the surveys said that they would select Kokoro if they had to select a community again.   Thank you for your vote of confidence. 

 

Mrs.  Hi Yong Koo won the $200 discount of Kokoro services fee for one month as the grand prize for submitting her survey and Mrs. Tomiko Ralph received a $25 gift certificate to Mifune Restaurant in the JapanTown Mall.  Thanks again to all who participated in the survey.  We do appreciate your support.  Your input is much appreciated.

 

Kokoro Residents and Family Meeting:

Join us at the residents and family meeting on Saturday, September 25, at 2:00 p.m.  Receive updates from Kokoro department managers on their areas of concern and meet Kokoro Board members.  Stay for the annual Kokoro Luau and Show following at 3 p.m.

Kokoro Annual Luau and Show:
