Full job description:
Overview – We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in our community, ensuring a comfortable and safe environment for our residents.
Duties:
- Perform daily cleaning tasks such as laundry, vacuuming, and sanitizing resident rooms and common areas.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are stocked and in good working condition.
- Follow established cleaning schedules and protocols to maintain cleanliness standards.
- Respond promptly to resident and staff requests regarding housekeeping services.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to the appropriate supervisor.
- Maintain confidentiality and respect residents’ privacy.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
Skills: Housekeeping – Cleaning: 1 year (Preferred)
Skills – Preferred:
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation standards, and safety protocols
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
- Good communication and customer service skills
- First aid & CPR training
