I joined Kokoro Assisted Living on April 11, 2022, as the Director of Dining. Since then, I have focused solely on leading the Dining Services team. Born and raised in Japan, I take pride in crafting meals that not only nourish but also celebrate the rich cultural traditions of our Asian residents. It’s incredibly rewarding to create dishes that offer both comfort and a sense of home through familiar flavors.

I was drawn to senior care because I believe food is a powerful way to preserve culture, connect people, and bring joy. By tailoring meals to our residents’ preferences and heritage, I strive to ensure that their dining experience is both meaningful and enjoyable.

In my free time, I enjoy watching movies, hiking outdoors, and traveling to explore new places and cuisines.
