Sakae started at Kokoro in May of 2019.

My favorite part of working at Kokoro is getting to know residents and their lives, especially their histories ( how /why they came to the USA.)

From 2013 to 2019, I worked as a home health care/ hospice nurse. Since then I have been interested in geriatric care and also in serving for Japanese American community.

In my free time I enjoy cooking.
